Where A&W Business Finance provided a helping hand …

Property Development 1
Joint ventures were the normal method of funding residential developments for this client. Using our knowledge and experience we sourced 100% funding from a mainstream lender, allowing our client to keep all of the development profit rather than share it.

Restaurant
Our client was buying their first restaurant and the valuation fell short of the loan requirement. We sourced a lender who was able to take a long term view of the business and was willing to lend the full amount required, allowing our client to fulfill their dream.

Bed and Breakfast
Our clients accounts were not available. By sourcing a specialist lender who was more interested in the person rather than the accounts, we enabled our client to refinance their business, releasing cash for refurbishment and personal use.

Care Home
When our client came to us after their own bank let them down at the last minute, we were able to quickly put finance in place to allow the purchase to go ahead. As a secondary service we sourced further long term funding at favourable rates.

Hospitality
With several CCJ's against their name, and no accounts, our client thought it was impossible to refinance their business. With our help we arranged finance from two sources to allow the business to expand and grow.

Property Development 2
A new style property developer approached us to help with their plans. He bought property in need of repair or refurbishment, carried out the work then sold on for a profit. We sourced a funder who was willing to provide a rolling facility to allow our entrepreneur to buy quickly.

Bus Operator
Our coachman was short of a deposit for his new fleet of coaches. We were able to release cash from his existing fleet to provide his deposit.
